 Un auditeur me pose une question sur l'accord de Washington + annexes, qui citent les FDLR- #FORCES démocratiques DE LIBÉRATION DU RWANDA plus de 40 fois.  On a l'impression que les discussions ont tourné essentiellement sur les peurs du Rwanda agresseur plutôt que sur les souffrances des congolais occupés.   Cette question très pertinente, qui touche à la fois à la diplomatie régionale et à la perception des priorités dans les négociations internationales.
