Peu de relations en diplomatie africano-européenne sont aussi paradoxales, émotionnellement chargées et politiquement révélatrices que celle entre le Rwanda et la France. Depuis trois décennies, le Rwanda est l'État africain le plus hostile à l'égard de la France — l'accusant de complicité dans le génocide, humiliant les dirigeants français, démantelant les institutions françaises, expulsant l'influence française, remplaçant la langue française et dénigrant à répétition la France sur la scène internationale.

Few relationships in African–European diplomacy are as paradoxical, emotionally charged, and politically revealing as the one between Rwanda and France. For three decades, Rwanda has been the most hostile African state toward France—accusing it of complicity in genocide, humiliating French leaders, dismantling French institutions, expelling French influence, replacing the French language, and repeatedly denigrating France on the international stage.

Yet France has responded not with retaliation, pressure or distance—but with apologies, concessions, aid packages, political support and military cooperation.

L'homme aux milliers de promesses dont aucune n'a jamais été  tenue... On va voir si son slogan de campagne de chasser KAGAME et de libérer toute la RDC n'aura été qu'une simple fabrication, comme son faux diplôme... Ou alors c'est lui qui pourraît être chassé avant 🤔  En tout cas on aura tout vu... Autant l'état de délabrement de ce pays est tellement affligeant,  autant la mentalité de ceux qui l'habitent fait peur... Par où commencer ?
