L'UE doit être transparente concernant la guerre dans l'est de la RDC: Double Standard et Impunité du Rwanda

L'Union européenne se présente comme la défenseure mondiale du droit international, des droits humains et de l'ordre fondé sur des règles. Dans l'est de la République démocratique du Congo, cette réputation est mise à l'épreuve de manière sérieuse et soutenue. Tandis que l'armée rwandaise et sa force supplante, le M23, progressent à travers le Nord-Kivu et le Sud-Kivu, déplaçant des millions de personnes et démanteléant la souveraineté congolaise, Bruxelles a répondu par des térgiversàtions diplomatiques, des communiqués ambigus et un refus délibéré de nommer l'agresseur. Ce silence n'est pas de la neutralité. C'est de la complicité. Et dans le cas des paiements de la Facilité européenne pour la paix versés directement à l'armée rwandaise — désormais sanctionnée — c'est une complicité assortie d'un montant chiffré.

The EU Must Come Clean About the War in Eastern DRC

The European Union presents itself as a global defender of international law, human rights, and the rules-based order. In eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, that reputation is under sustained and serious challenge. As Rwanda's military and its proxy force, the M23, advance through North and South Kivu, displacing millions of people and dismantling Congolese sovereignty, Brussels has responded with diplomatic hedging, ambiguous communiques, and a studied refusal to name the aggressor. That silence is not neutrality. It is complicity. And in the case of the European Peace Facility payments made directly to Rwanda's now-sanctioned army, it is complicity with a price tag attached.

L'homme aux milliers de promesses dont aucune n'a jamais été  tenue... On va voir si son slogan de campagne de chasser KAGAME et de libérer toute la RDC n'aura été qu'une simple fabrication, comme son faux diplôme... Ou alors c'est lui qui pourraît être chassé avant 🤔  En tout cas on aura tout vu... Autant l'état de délabrement de ce pays est tellement affligeant,  autant la mentalité de ceux qui l'habitent fait peur... Par où commencer ?
